By using the Playlii (”Service”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity, its affiliates and all users who access our services through your account to these terms and conditions, in which case the terms “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity, its affiliates and users associated with it. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not accept this agreement and may not use the services.
Playlii reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. While Playlii prohibits such conduct and Content on the Service, you understand and agree that Playlii cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
Account Terms
1. You must be at least 16 years old in order to use the Service.
2. Your login may only be used by one person — a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Playlii cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account).
5. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).
Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms
1. An upgrade from the free plan to any paying plan will immediately bill you.
2. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable after the initial 30 day period. New users may cancel their account and request a refund within 30 days of first signing up by e-mailing contact@playlii.com. After this period, there will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
3. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of features, or capacity of your Account. Playlii does not accept any liability for such loss.
4. Playlii reserves the right to determine pricing for the Service. Playlii will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the website up to date which is available on our pricing page. All prices are shown on the Pricing Page (https://playlii.com/pricing). We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information. Playlii may change the price of any feature of the Service; if this occurs, Playlii will provide you advance notice of the changes before they apply. Playlii, at its sole discretion, may make promotional offers with different features and different pricing to any of Playlii’s customers. These promotional offers, unless made to you, will not apply to your offer or these Terms.
5. The Service may include automatically recurring payments for periodic charges ("Subscription Service"). If you activate a Subscription Service, you authorize Playlii or its third-party payment processors to periodically charge, on a going-forward basis and until cancellation of either the recurring payments or your account, all accrued sums on or before the payment due date for the accrued sums.”
Cancellation and Termination
1. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up period, your benefits will remain active for the entire time that you purchased and you will not be charged again. Should you wish to terminate your account before the end of your current paid up period, your termination will take effect immediately.
2. Playlii, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Playlii service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. Playlii reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Copyright and Content Ownership
1. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.
2. Playlii does not pre-screen Content, but Playlii and its designee have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service.
Links to Other Websites.
For your convenience, the Service may contain links to other websites. If you use these links, you will leave the Service. Playlii is not responsible for the availability or content of these other websites or for any viruses or other damaging elements encountered in linking to a third-party website, whether or not Playlii is affiliated with the owners of such websites. In addition, providing links to these websites should not be interpreted as endorsement or approval by Playlii of the organizations sponsoring such third-party websites or their products or services. Except for any Playlii property or content embedded in any third-party website, these Terms do not apply to any third-party website.

PLAYLII DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING: (A) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT; AND (B) ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE. PLAYLII DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE, OR ANY MATERIALS OR CONTENT OFFERED THROUGH OR PROCESSED BY THE SERVICE, WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, AND PLAYLII DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY OF THOSE ISSUES WILL BE CORRECTED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE PLAYLII ENTITIES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY MATERIALS OR CONTENT ON OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ANY PLAYLII ENTITY HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE. General Conditions
1. You are solely responsible for the content you post on the service. You must ensure that you have all necessary rights, licenses and permissions to post content.
2. Playlii is not responsible for any content you upload. This also applies to any content relating to health, wellbeing and exercise. You acknowledge the risks and dangers associated with this type of content and voluntarily accept them.
3. You understand that Playlii uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service, and that Playlii has no control over these services.
4. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, Playlii, or any other Playlii service.
5. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by Playlii.
6. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
7. If your bandwidth usage significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by Playlii) of other Playlii customers, we reserve the right to immediately disable your account or throttle your file hosting until you can reduce your bandwidth consumption.
8. Playlii does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
9. You expressly understand and agree that Playlii shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Playlii has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.
10. You agree to indemnify and hold the service harmless from any claims or damages arising from your content or violation of the terms and conditions. This includes any legal fees or costs incurred by the service in defending against such claims.
11. The failure of Playlii to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and Playlii and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Playlii (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions). You agree that these Terms of Service and Your use of the Service are governed under Armenia law.
